PPR Pipe Production Line

Based on European and Japanese advanced technologies, technical process and our so many years experience, we developed the PP-R/PERT pipe production line. High speed extrusion, high efficiency plasticization. Pipe range: 16mm-160mm, 20m/min.

Features:
1. Screw structure's design in accordance with PPR material's special processing feature, separated high efficiency BM style.
2. Well matched force feeding groove design with the special screw structure, ensures high efficiency and stable production.
3. High torque JRTR power transmission system, durable and stable which ensures stable output and great products' quality.
4. Excellent temperature control system ensures stable output while different screw rotating speed.
5. Small SJ25/25 single screw extruder for marking lines.
6. Spiral split co-extrusion mold, rational flow channel, material fully stacks, even pressure inside, low temperature low pressure extrusion, smooth internal and external pipe walls, small internal stress.
7. Humid mouth style, butterfly disk style calibrating sleeves.
8. Sub-chamber vacuum shaping technical tank, fast vacuum adjusting system, advanced water level control system.
9. Optimal spraying positioning and pipe route design ensures the finished pipe's intensity and even cooling.
10. AC frequency converter controlled haul-off satisfies different required production speed.
11. Non-dust cutter is able to length gauge, automatically track and cut. PLC control.
12. Single and double disk winder with automatic length gauging are optional.
13. Special ordered requirements about screw, barrel and reducer from the customer, components imported from Europe are optional.
