75-1 Model revolution counter is a recorder specializing in measuring the length or the various machinery revolving. It is commonly used in measuring and recording minedepth, cable length range, andturning number of winder. Etc.

This counter is five-digital. Its revolution axis can either turn deasil or widdershins. While the clockwise turn can progressively increase the digit. The counter-clockwise turn decrease it. The highest recirdubg bynber us 99999. The turn of the first bit is 1/10 turn of the axis. After the complete turn of the axis the digit can automatically carry.

This counter is staffed with zero reset facility. In case the digits have reached a certain number, you can pull the button to return it to zero.

Pay attention to the parallel and the concerntricity of this counter when installing and connecting the main machine. Or the revolution axis will twist or wring off, thus effect the accuracy or cause the failure of this counter.

This countet has the maximal speed of 350 turns/min. Too fast speed will damage the inner parts.

When resetting zero, the first bit must turn into the scope of the widou hood. It can not return to zero while running.

The inner number wheels and gears of this counter are made with the special engineering plastics. So it can not touch inflammable gases or encounter high temperature. The bearings should often be added with machine iol.
