By adopting the CAD/CAM/CAE technology, Swangoose Plastic Manufacture Company can design and manufacture moldings according to the samples, drawings and three-dimensional model discs. We also introduce the latest UG software, PRO/engineer 3D-sculptering software, vertical machining center from OKUMA&RHOWA of Japan, numerical control spark line-cutting machines of Mitsubishi Co. of Japan, CNC spark line-cutting machines of CHARMILLES Co. of Switzerland. We are specializing in manufacturing precision molds of pint-sized and medium-sized.
We are equipped with imported computer-control plastic injection mould machines, and we have forty various model, they apply to all kinds of raw materials′ injection. In addition, the company also equips with imported full-auto drying-machine and control device of mould′s temperature to improve the stability of manufacturing, thus we believe we can fully meet the customer′s requirement.
