We were established in 1990 and are located in Gaozhou City, Guangdong Province. Now, our company has become one of the largest outdoor furniture manufacturers in China, with two factories, covering more than 200, 000 square meters of area, with more than 800 workers and over USD 100 million annual output (more than 2000 20ft containers a year).
Our company has extremely strong casting and production power. Owning 7 casting workshops and 7 iron melting furnaces, each day we can produce more than 100 tons (equivalent to the amount of 10 20ft containers) of cast products. In order to save energy and reduce production cost, our company took charge of construction ironworks and went into production officially on December 8, 2005. We produce 150 tons of iron per day. We guarantee to produce high quality products at low price.
The woodenware and timber workshops are of the same producing capabilities to casting ones. The total area of timber workshops is up to 20, 000 square meters and the processed log every day is about 80 cubic meters. Five driers can keep the moisture of timber below 16 degrees.
Our company has constructed up to 4, 000 square meters of cast product painting workshops and over 6, 000 square meters of packing workshops. Last year, an automatic production line of cast product powder coating was added to our company so that the surfaces of parts of our products can be treated with the new process of powder coating, upgrading products and offering our clients more choices.
Our factories can complete all the processes of product casting, timber processing, packing and delivery. Since the quality of our products and the dates of delivery are ensured, our costs are relatively lower, so we have our competitive prices in the same trade. Our products are sold to more than 40 countries or regions.
