1. Project Outline
Invested by Cambodia Energy Limited and EPC by China Huadian Engineering Co., Ltd. Cambodian Energy Limited (CEL). CEL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leader Universal Holdings Berhad of Malaysia, organised under the law of Cambodia. The budget of this project is about USD 170 million. The duration of the project is 33 months.

2. Project Outline
Guodian Younglight Energy Chemical Group Coal Based Chemical Co., Ltd invested about 615 million dollar sin 120mt/a Coalbased polygeneration project which takes bituminous coal as raw material, Phase one include SA 500 000 t/a methanol unit, a 100 000 t/a carbon monoxide to acetic acid unit and a 6 000 t/a hydrogen to butanediol unit.

3. Project Outline
SINOPEC Sichuan Vinylon Works (hereinafter referred to as SVW) is located in the Chemical Park of Changshou District, Chongqing. It is one of the four introducing large chemical fiber projects approved by Chairman Mao Zedong and Premier Zhou Enlai in the early 1970's.
