Double Effect Forced Circulation Evaporator for Amino Acid

1. Applications
The forced circulation evaporator is mainly used for the treatment of a solution which is easy to precipitate crystals, is easy to scale or has a high degree of concentration; and has high applicability under vacuum conditions. The forced circulation evaporator designed and produced by our company has been applied in the evaporation crystallization operation of feeds such as sodium chloride, ammonium sulfate, potassium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, sodium sulfate, ammonium chloride and fumaric acid. 
2. System composition
Evaporator, separator (crystallizer), condenser, condensate water tank, circulation pump, condensate pump, vacuum pump, operating platform, electrical control instrument, process piping and valve system. 
3. Advantages
3.1 The evaporator passes the forced circulation, and the heat is evenly distributed in the tube, and the heat transfer coefficient is high, which can prevent the "dry wall" phenomenon. 
3.2 The operating cycle is long, the boiling and evaporation processes are not carried out on the heated surface but in the separator, and the fouling caused by the crust and sediment in the tubes is reduced to a minimum. 
3.3 Select materials and evaporation type according to the characteristics of the feeds.
