Our travelling grate is with the following three main characteristics:
I. Whole machine is of utility and invention
1. Gear wheel of main shaft is specially positioned, so as to avoid
Abnormal abrasion between chain link and gear wheel, and to avoid clip-chain running-off.
2. Upper supporting roller is sealed with special method, which can
Decrease air leakage at upper supporting shaft end.
3. Adopting particular upper press plate structure and improved bracket material, can improve the sealing quality of travelling grate, and largely decrease air leakage at stack area.
4. Adopting inspection device with special structure for hot furnace, is
Convenient for inspect the roasting status in the travelling grate during operation.
5. Regarding positioning method for stripper, the match weight and
Adjusting device have been improved, which is of patent awarded.
6. Making creative improvement to the match weight, gap and flexible
Part of return guiding sliding rail and guiding chain in walking section, can guarantee the grate-bed head return move steadily, and significantly reduce grate plate friction and collision.
7. Design special structure for the tail wind box, upper hood, so as to
Avoid leakage of dust at drying section at machine tail, and ensure clean environment condition.
8. Make corresponding change to inspection door, manhole, and camera hole, which can improve sealing performance, intensify heat insulation effect and reduce heat loss.
9. Make change to each sealing structure and sealing method of
Travelling grate, in order to eradicate the hidden danger of jam in travelling grate as coming in Benxi steel, Handan Steel, Xingcheng Steel, as well as Wuhan Steel of 500MT/Y
Through continuously improvement for some parts of travelling grate as above mentioned, the running performance of whole set of machine can be utmost guaranteed, with heat utilization coefficient improved.
II. Material distinctiveness
1. Take the smelting process of steel liquid refining, and deoxygenation
By rare element, which is with the following three advantages:
1A. The rare element has high efficiency for deoxygenation and dehydrogenation. Research agent reports that the dehydrogenation rate can reach 80%, which can not be compared by using other dehydrogenating agent(hydrogen atom existing in steel can cause hydrogen embrittlement and cold breaking down)
2b. The rare element has high efficiency for removing sulphur and phosphor by strongly chemical reacting with them in steel liquid, generating sulfide, neodymium, whose melting point is high, usually between 2140C~2240C. Specific gravity of those compounds is light, so it can flow out with high temperature air flow on steel liquid surface.
3c. After rare element reacting in steel liquid, the sulfide structure can be changed. We have made a comparison, for two test samples with same materials, adding rare element to one sample while the other one not to be added. Inspecting the sample without rare element by multiplication microscope showing that the crystal nucleus is wrapped by net-structure sulfide, while the other sample treated by rare element, the structure of sulfide is changed into chain-like structure, which can multiple enhance the fatigue strength of the steel.
4D. We have done the hot-vibration fatigue strength test for our heat-resistant steel in Jiangda. There are 0.87mm cracks after 18000 times of vibration on the steel without rare element treatment, while the steel treated by rare element will crack by 25000 times of vibration, and 1.14mm crack appears by 29000 times of vibration. (Our chain link won't break within three years)
5c. We have scientific heat treatment process. Performances of material, on the on hand, depend on composition, on the other hand, it depend on heat treatment. If the heat treatment has been implemented well, the steel performance can be multiple improved.
