1) Sanding the burrs;
2)Drying under the sun (keep Moisture be 12%-18%);
3)Using the stream machine to fumigate the raw wooden stick in the high temperature;
(Note: just PVC coated wood broomstick has this step, natural type and varnished type don't have this step)
4)Using the long press machine to make the raw material poles straight;
5)Cutting material poles to suitable length(such as 110cm, 120cm, 125cm, 150cm, etc);
6)Polishing 2-3 times to make handles good smooth;
7)Making screw and dome(bottom &top end of handles) by machine; 
8)Covering the wood handles by PVC shrink film and nailing plastic caps on another end
9)Packing in wove bag.

5.QUALITY CONTROL:

Our QC will check quality after Step 01 step 03 and step 05, to check whether it is good smooth, well straight and no crack.  So, don't worry about our quality!
