Matellic Spiral Wound Gaskets

Metal spiral wound gasket is formed by the V-shaped or W-shaped stainless steel belt and non-metallic filler through lamination, spiral winding, and spot welding of the tops and ends. With good compression elasticity, it is applicable to the sealing parts under the intense alternating temperature and pressure, as the static sealing elements at the flange joints of pipelines, valves, pumps, heat exchangers, towers, manholes, handholes, etc. It's widely used in petrochemical, machinery, electric power, metallurgy, shipbuilding, medicine, atomic energy, aerospace and other fields.

Our production is in compliance with the standards of ASME B 16.20, MSS SP-44, API 605, DIN, JIS, JPI, BS 1560, JG / T, GB / T, HG, SH, etc. Or products can be customized according to the users' requirements. Please provide the specific drawings if the gasket is used in the heat exchanger with ribs.

The material of an inner ring is generally the same as that of the steel belt to meet the requirements of the medium and working conditions.
The material of an outer ring is the same as that of the pipelines and corresponding equipment casing, and the carbon steel outer ring is more economical.
The orders should be furnished with the specific materials, standards, nominal diameter DN, pressure rating PN, or definite sizes:

D1: Internal diameter of inner ring; D2: External diameter of inner ring; D3: Internal diameter of outer ring; D4: External diameter of outer ring

Representation: D1 × D2 × D3 × D4 the default thickness of gaskets is 4.5mm, and that of rings 3mm.
