GTAVF automatic viscosity filling machine is designed by referring to the same kind of foreign filling machines with extra functions increased. The product is simple and convenient in operation, error correction, machine cleaning and maintenance. Widely used for filling various kinds of viscosity liquid products in the industries of daily chemicals, foodstuffs, pharmaceutics and oil etc.
2. Characteristic:
A. Adopt injection pump to fill high precision, large range of adjusting dosage. It allows to adjustment of filling volume for all filling pumps at the same time, also for minor adjustment of each filling pump to achieve fill high volume accuracy.
B. This pump system doesn't absorb the material, good chemical stability. It has particular advantage when filling erosive material.
C. All contact parts are made of ss 316L and silicone tube, be convenient to clean by CIP.
D. Filling system has the function of shrinking, no leakage.
E. Apply to fill various viscosities liquid.
F. All of electric elements choose famous brand such as Siemens, Schneider.
G. Frequency conversion control speed, auto count.
H. The whole machine is designed according to requirements of GMP.
