Gas saving Air-jet Reed
In daily production, all reed will be worn off by warp and weft, it happens more frequently on the left and right sides of the weft channel or behind vice nozzle., To extend the lifetime of our reeds, we use harder and more wear-off-resistant reed dent, and based on customer requirements, we can also do chromium or DLC coating.
At the same time, in order to reduce the amount of air used in the loom without affecting the operation of the loom, We specially designed the energy-efficient reed(E-Reed), by changing the geometry of the jet reel weft guide groove, adjust the auxiliary nozzle and the relative position of each sub-nozzle, we can safely reduce the pressure by 20% -30%, so as to reduce the air consumption by 20% -30%, thus effectively save the cost for our customers.
