Our company - Dalian Hayashi Lost-wax Industries Co., Ltd., which is wholly owned by Japan, is one of the leading investment casting foundries in P. R. China. The main features of our company are given to you as follows:
1. ISO 9001: 2000 Certified. We also aim to get TS16949 and ISO14000 at the end of 2008.
2. Monthly casting production capacity: 260 tons
3. With the main CNC machining equipment, we can provide customers with machined completed products and even assembled components.
4. Materials that we cast: Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys and some special materials to the customers order.
5. Main markets: Japan, the US, England, Gemany and China
6. Main customers: Toshiba, Dover, Idex, Yokogawa, Rockwell, Destaco, Fortress, ABB, YAMAHA, PALL, Hitachi.
7. Kinds of parts we ever produced: About 15000 kinds since founded in 1989 including measuring apparatus, medical instrument, flow and chemical instrument, automobile parts, sewing machine, electric power engineering etc.
8. Main inspection instruments: Coordinate Measuring Machine, Optical Microscope, Optical Emission Spectrometer, Progecting Appatatus, Magnetic Particle Detector, Universal Testing Machine
