The newest type of oil fried instant noodles production line in capacity of 120, 000 packages of 160, 000pakages uses frequency conversion speed adjustment and PIC program control so that the whole line can realize simultaneous operation. The production line can realize antomatic of fixed amount of liquid supply, oil frying machine oil temperature automatic control and compensation and oil level automatic alarming. Due to adoption of new technology, the problem of dislocation during use of flour box and flour lid can be resolved.
