It is provided with top and bottom feed system and foot alternating lift mechanism, available for sewing leather, synthetic, leather, sofa, cushion etc.
1. For suitcase, sofa pillow, leather, heavy-weight decorative cloth, ribbon etc.
2. Big operational space.
3. Good at sewing heavy-weight material, layer stitching with smooth stitches. Feature low noise, easy maintenance, little errors in stitch length when feeding forward or backward.
4. Rod feeding mechanism, the rod basting, large hook catching together with top and bottom feeding system and presser feet alternatively lifting mechanism form stitch 301.
5. The main parts of feeding mechanism are made in high quality steel which are finished by the proportion of Carbon and Nitrogen which highly improve its reinforce and rigidity.
6. The presser feet lifter, which is a front of the machine, makes the operation easier.
7. Large hook with diploid threads reduce the times of bobbin change.
8. Gearing pump oil system makes automatic lubrication at low and medium speed, preventing oil leakage from the openings when supplying or refluxing.
