Q4: What is the tool cost & mould charge for new design? 
The copper mould is 100USD-200USD. CNC aluminium mould is 500-1000USD. It is decided by the design.
Q5: How can we get the sample, and what is the cost? 
For the sample which we have existing mould. It is free. You only need to pay for the carriage fee. For custom sample, we will use gesso mould. We can help you design it as your infos and requirements. The cost is 100-200USD. Sample time is about 3-5 days.
