Henan Chief Way Industry Co., Ltd was founded in the late 1980s in Xinmi, Henan Province, China. With the support from its patented casting technology, the vacuum casting as well as the advantage of convenient and rich material resources, the company has created the famous trademark Chief Way in the field of fused casting industry of AZS blocks.
Our company is the first joint-stock enterprise in producing fused casting zircon corundum products in Henan Province. Our company owns capital asserts of 53 million RMB, now covers an area of 58, 000 square meters with 26, 100 square meters construction area and has 450 employees, including 65 technicians in different fields at all levels and 11 domestic and foreign experts and senior technicians.
With complete quality management system, strong technological power, advanced inspection facilities. In 2001, our company passed ISO9002 certificate of international quality system. Our leading products are: Fused cast AZS-33, , 36, and 41 blocks produced by oxidization process, zircon mullite products and unshaped refractories, others include insulating bricks and silica bricks. All these products are widely applied to glass and ceramic industry. Our annual production capacity is about 15, 000 tons. Due to the good quality and service, our products are very popular in domestic market as well as overseas market, such as Japan, Democratic People′s Republic of Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Turkey and other countries.
Over the years, the Chairman Mr Songfa Hou, has been leading the staff to reform and innovate, more than 10 patents and proprietary technology have been obtained of which the patent of oxygen blast method from the bottom of furnace has reached the international level.
