Now it has production capacity. It can process all kinds of die forging with 300 kilogram, 3560.76 square centimeters to the greatest extent. Products cover cow making scraper, driver sprocket for engineer machinery, giant track rail, front axle for cars, link, Railroad Bridge bearing and so on. It can produce 90000 forgings yearly, which equivalently equals 20000t. Its annual sales avenue reaches 1.24 billion Yuan and the total profits can reach 17 million Yuan.
Hengshui Zhongtiejian Steel Casting Company has advanced manufacturing technology and faulty test equipment. 3D designing software like Solidworks, MAstCAM, Ug, PRO/E is adopted when processing.
