Product synopsis
Optimized on the combined base of multiple high-quality additives like extreme-pressure anti-wear additive, oiliness additive, anti-rust additive and efficient anti-oxidant, the product is a newly-developed worm gear oil additive package. The worm gear oil, made of the additive package, shows such good performance as the resistance of extreme-pressure, wear, oxidation and rust.
Product Application
Evenly mix different viscosities base oil under 60-70ºC, then add 1.0-1.2% of H4306 additive package for the preparation of L-CKE worm gear oil, or add 1.5%-1.8% of the same agent to prepare L-CKE/P worm gear oil.

Packing and storage
The packing of 200L galvanized pail can prevent its contact with strong oxidizer.
Its packing, mark, transportation, storage and acceptance of delivery shall comply with SH/T0164.
Cautions
Upon the storage, loading&unloading and oil preparation, the temperature of product should be no higher than 70ºC; while for a long-term storage, its highest temperature should be no higher than 50ºC, and water penetration is not allowed. The product is noninflammable, non-explosive and noncorrosive, so the general preventive measures for handling the chemicals should be followed upon its utilization. In case the product contacts your skin, please use the detergent, soap and clean water to wash it thoroughly.
As a kind of functional complexing agent, it should be added the anti-foam agent during its preparation.
