Established in 2008, Longkou Dongjiang Machinery Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer that specializes in spun pulleys with the most advanced production technology. Manufacturers pulleys for a wide variety of applications, including lawn and garden, farm equipment, compressors and large appliances, to name a few. We also manufacture idlers, split steel cup and spline pulleys. We have the capability of making sizes ranging from 2.5" OD to 12" OD with A or B grooves as well as deep groove pulleys
Our main production procedures include spinning, punching, stretching, cold-extrusion and machining by CNC. Now we own severals specialized production lines. Our pulley is made of high grade steel plate by spinning. Comparing with traditional cast pulleys, our products are lighter, more beautiful appearance and more excellent static-dynamic balancing. Our products are popularly applied in auto crankshafts, water pumps, fans, power steering pumps, generators, air-condition, compressors, kinds of tensioners and guiding pulleys and also applied in mowers, tractors, reapers, Sartorius and washing machines. Exported to Europe, the Unite State, Southeast Asia and other regions.
