Technical specifications
The dyeing machine is made of stainless steel, all parts in contact with the dyeing solution are made of high quality anti-corrosion stainless steel, designed and manufactured according to standard, the maximum working temperature is 98°C.
Cylinder:
The main horizontal cylinder is equipped with a hammer switch cylinder cover and manual control cylinder lock.
Large opening type working door, the working door is made of high quality anti-corrosion stainless steel.
Pneumatic inlet and outlet valves.
Computer controlled temperature display meter.
Circulation system:
Cylinder equipped with heat exchanger, latest type of water pump for jet cylinder with motor, (frequency controlled main pump) stainless steel motor cover and base.
Variable frequency adjustment of the water spraying volume according to the different yarns and loading volume of each cylinder.
New type of built-in heat exchange coils, installed at the bottom of the machine, with
automatic heating and cooling control system, water evacuator (optional).
Dosing drum:
Round design to save floor space, equipped with water inlet valve, spray cleaning system, reflux system, filling system, large machine equipped with stirring system.
Jet pipe unit:
A set of standard arrangement of stainless steel jet pipes and safety brackets, designed for minimum bath ratios.
Equipped with a complete set of transmission system controlled by a reduction motor and equipped with sealing devices.
The jet pipe is made of high quality corrosion resistant stainless steel 304
Main control electrical box equipped with:
Main cylinder temperature indicator table.
Variable frequency control of the main pump (configuration).
Isolation switch, transformer, fuse and motor starter.
Pneumatic control panel isolated from the electrical control cabinet, fitted with pressure gauge, oil mist, air separator, regulator and solenoid control valve for all execution valves.
