Our factory has specialized in development, production, marketing of semi-finished zipper cords and finished zipper earphone for 4 years since 2010, gained four national patents. With professional production equipments and complete production process of zipper earphones, we has become one of the largest zipper headset supplier in China. With 300, 000 pieces production capacity for finished zipper earphone and 1 million pieces production capacity for semi-finished zipper cords per month, we are well known as "the king of OEM" at this industry. Our factory provided semi-finished zipper cords for most of the domestic factory and trade companies, also produce, custom made, develop various of specific zipper earphones.
The areas of our factory covers 6000 square meters, there are more than 500 employees, including 40 professional QC and 26 RD technician. We have complete production acilities and advanced developing and testing equipments. There are four workshops: The injection workshop, earphone zipper cords production workshop, assembly workshop, and mould development workshop, an integrated research and development laboratoty and 10 sets of automatic assembly lines, the month production capacity is about 300, 000 PCS.
