answer: 30% deposit is required before production, because we do customized products , we can't sell them to others, Hopefully you would understand about that point
Question 2 How can I get a sample to check your product quality?
Answer; We will send you sample for free (value under USD15)after price was confirmed, but you need afford the express freight.
Question 3 What if the products quality is not ok?
Answer: If the quality problem is caused by our fault,we will make and send you another batch of qualified products make or we will refund your money if you woudl like
we will provide technical support if you need during your assembling, installing and reprocessing,and it's ok if you need us to send the products to other supplier in China
