Functions:
P Stands for Precooling system, availing quick cooling of material reservoir during daytime and keeping it fresh overnight.
M Stands for Mixer, food grade SS#304 mixer in the hopper benefiting both the precooling and machine cooling systems.
C Stands for Counter.
H Stands for Pasteurization, Heating material upto 60 C degree for 30m & droping down to 4 C degree, destroying all pathogenic germs & keeping the nutrition.
D Stands for Defrost & Disinfection
