1, Htmq-f2016 ultrasonic open channel flowmeter product overview:
Jining Hengtong ultrasonic open channel flowmeter is composed of liquid level and measuring weir groove, which conforms to the national metrological verification regulation "open channel weir groove flowmeter" jjg711-90. Htmq-f ultrasonic open channel flowmeter is mainly used to measure the sewage flow in the channel with free flow conditions. When htmq-f ultrasonic open channel flowmeter works, the sensor does not contact with the measured fluid, which avoids the contamination and corrosion of sewage in the channel. It can be used to measure the flow rate of sewage with higher reliability than other instruments. This instrument has the data storage function of hour, day, month, year flow and power off information. It can be viewed through the buttons on the instrument.
2, Working principle of htmq-f ultrasonic open channel flowmeter:
1. Flow measurement principle of measuring weir
The higher the flow rate in the open channel, the higher the liquid level; the smaller the flow rate, the lower the liquid level. However, for general channels, there is no definite corresponding relationship between liquid level and flow rate. Because the same water depth, the size of the discharge, but also with the cross-sectional area of the channel, slope, roughness. Since the gap or contraction of weir is smaller than the cross-sectional area of channel, the corresponding relationship between upstream water level and discharge mainly depends on the geometry size of weir. The same weir flume is placed on different channels, and the same liquid level corresponds to the same flow rate. The measuring weir flume turns the flow into liquid level. By measuring the liquid level of the water flowing through the measuring weir groove, the flow can be calculated according to the water level flow relationship of the corresponding measuring weir groove.
Each type of measuring weir has its own fixed water level discharge relationship. When determining the relationship between water level and discharge, triangular weir is required to have parameters of channel width b, opening angle and upstream weir height p; rectangular weir should have parameters of channel width b, opening width B and upstream weir height p; Bacher trough only requires parameter B with throat width.

3, Composition and features of htmq-f ultrasonic open channel flowmeter
Htmq-f ultrasonic open channel flowmeter is mainly composed of instrument and probe. Cable connecting instrument and probe, model: rvvp4-0.3 (four core + shield, outer diameter less than 6mm). The original instrument is 10 meters from the factory, and can be extended to 200 meters in application. If it is more than 200 meters, it should be stated when ordering.
Note: in the application of ultrasonic open channel flowmeter, it must be used together with the water measuring weir groove. There is no measuring weir groove for this product. According to the application site conditions, refer to Chapter 8 of this manual, or other materials to construct.
