UHMW-PE graphite brass plate /bush
Is based on high quality steel and the surface of lubricating is mainly consisting of composite materials, super molecule of Engineering Plastics(in molecular weight between 400-500 million). Because the UHMW-PE has a good self-lubricating, low loading creep, strong damping performance and low friction coefficient. UHMW-PE is known as King of Plastic". In particular, it is applied for low-temperature and dry or only a trace of grease or oil required maintenance free environment. It is widely used in the field of textile, paper-making, food, medical machinery, packing, chemical, mining, daily use, ceramics, automobile, electricity, cryogenic engineering, valve, wind power generation in the United States and other developed countries in the 1980s'.
Exceptional Characters:
1. Excellent Wear Resistance: It is as 4 times high as nylon and PTFE, and 7 to 10 times of carbon steel and stainless steel.
2. Extremely Low Friction Coefficient: Static friction coefficient is only 0.07.
Strong Damping Performance: Its impact strength is 10 times of nylonand 8 times of PTFE.
3. Good Corrosion Resistance: It is not subjected to corrosion in the Lye and it can be used in high concentration of acid.
4. Strong Electrical Resistance: It has large volume resistance and it can be used for Electrical Engineering Materials.
5. Aging Resistance: It will not aging in the normal circumstances or buried in the ground for 50 years.
6. Environmental Protection: This product is tasteless, non-toxic and non-corrosive.
Low-cast: The price of conventional products is three-quarters of the copper materials for the same volume.
