It is mainly used in the process flow of sewage treatment plants to promote the mixing of suspended solids in sewage, slurry, industrial process liquids, etc., create water flow, strengthen mixing function, and prevent sludge sedimentation. It is a device for uniformly mixing and reacting solid, liquid, and gas three-phase media in municipal and industrial sewage treatment processes.

The submersible mixer can operate continuously under the following conditions:
1. The maximum medium temperature shall not exceed 40 ºC;
2. The pH value of the medium is between 5 and 9;
3. The medium density shall not exceed 1150kg/m3;
4. Long term diving operation, with a diving depth generally not exceeding 20m.

v Transport and use precautions
1. It is not allowed to lift or suspend the submersible mixer with the cable of the submersible pump mixer. When handling or hanging the submersible mixer, a chain with a hook can be hooked to the lifting plate.
2, if the submersible mixer is still in use or immersed in water, it can continue to be used at temperatures below 0 ° C.
3. The submersible mixer uses grease or lubricating oil for lubrication. Grease or lubricating oil may leak out due to seal wear. At this time, please quickly send the submersible mixer to the factory maintenance department or commissioned maintenance point, replace the seal, so as not to burn the motor.
4, without cutting off the power, do not move the submersible mixer, people are not allowed to enter the water.
5, after the installation of the submersible mixer, can not be immersed in water for a long time, it is recommended to run at least 4 hours every half month to check its function and adaptability, or lift it in a dry place for backup.
6, submersible mixer must ensure safe grounding.

User Manual
1. The dedicated installation system of the submersible mixer enables quick installation and disassembly of the submersible mixer without draining the sewage from the pool. The maximum Angle of the submersible mixer can be deflected around the guide rod in the horizontal plane is ±60°. The connection between the hanger seat, the support frame and the lower bracket and the pool are fixed by expansion bolts without the need to reserve holes. When the depth of the pool H > 4 meters, a support frame should be added in the middle of the guide rod. When the customer orders, please provide the pool depth H, so that the factory can determine the guide rod size and the number of support frames.
2. Use a 0~500V megohm meter to check that the insulation resistance of the three core wires of the main cable of the motor to the ground cold state shall not be less than 1 megohm, strictly
Disable the megohm meter to check the control cable to avoid damaging the electrical components inside the pump, and use a multimeter to check the control cable.
3. The voltage must be within the range of ±5% of the rated voltage marked on the nameplate. The power supply voltage increase must not exceed 10% of the rated voltage. If the distance between the power supply and the pump is far, the line loss should be considered, the cross-sectional area of the cable should be increased, the joint should be as little as possible, and the joint should be sealed to prevent water leakage.
4. The guide rod should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane and can be corrected with a plumb hammer;
5. When the hook is hoisting the submersible mixer, the impeller end can be raised 5°~10° higher than the horizontal plane;
6. Through the adjustment of the chain, the lifting hook and the lifting center of gravity of the submersible mixer are on the same vertical line, so that the submersible mixer is lowered along the guide bar;
7. The submersible mixer shall not rotate the Angle during use, please adjust the Angle before running during installation;
8. The submersible mixer should be placed on the limit plate, or directly placed on the bottom of the pool, so that the wire rope is not stressed;
9. The minimum diving depth of the submersible mixer shall not be less than 1.1 meters, otherwise it is easy to produce water vortex and gas erosion;
Installation and Maintenance
1,Mixer installation
The guide rod and hanger are fixed with expansion anchor screws as required. Install damping block and slide sleeve.
Lift the mixer with the hand hoist, put the sliding sleeve into the square guide rod, and check that the lift is flexible before the mixer is in place.
Lower the blender slowly and evenly, making sure it's in place. Make the rope of the hand hoist in a relaxed state.
Make sure the cable is not sucked into the impeller while the mixer is running!
2,Wire connection
Four-core wire: The three-core thick wire is the three-phase live wire, and the one-core yellow/green wire is the ground wire.
Five-core wire: three-core thick wire is three-phase live wire, one core wire yellow/green dual color ground wire, one core wire is 31# wire (motor water leakage signal line)
Seven-core wire: three-core thick wire is three-phase live wire, one core wire yellow/green dual color ground wire, one core wire is 31# wire (motor water leakage signal line), the other two core wires are 11#, 12# wire (motor overheating protection signal line)
3,run-in
Before starting up, the entire system is checked by qualified professionals to ensure compliance with relevant specifications. Connect the motor cable to the power supply correctly.
During the first commissioning, the rotation direction of the impeller must be checked to see if it is correct. The method is: the submersible mixer is suspended on the square guide rod, connected to the power supply, the impeller is installed in front of the plane, the impeller is outside the wheel hub. From the direction of the impeller to the motor, the impeller should run in a counterclockwise direction. If the rotation direction is incorrect, replace the two phases of the power cable. If there are multiple mixers, the rotation of each mixer should be checked separately. For the submersible mixer using three-phase power supply, the rotation direction should be checked after the initial start of the submersible mixer and each re-installation, and the rotation direction is not correct, which will reduce the efficiency and damage the submersible mixer.
Note: When checking the rotation direction, do not get close to the rotating impeller to ensure that the rotating impeller does not hurt the staff.
4,turn
After normal test run, cut off the power supply. Place the mixer under water along the square guide bar and make sure the mixer is in place. Turn on the power for operation, and check whether it is normal.
5,Oil filling and oil changing
The mixer has been oiled in the gearbox before delivery. The new oil should be replaced after the first 100 hours of operation, and can be replaced every 3-6 months. The lubricating oil is No. 90 industrial gear oil or No. 20 mechanical oil. Fuel capacity greater than 1.2 liters (different models vary).
Oil change should be carried out as follows:
Put the mixer in place, loosen the upper and lower plugs, release the lubricating oil, and then clean the oil chamber with washing oil, and then inject new oil, put on a new O-ring, and tighten the plugs.
If there is water in the replaced oil (in a milky emulsion), clean the oil chamber according to the regulations, then inject new oil, put on a new O-ring, and tighten the plug. Three weeks later, it must be checked again, if the oil has turned into a milky emulsion, the mechanical seal should be checked and replaced if necessary.

Additional instructions on installation of submersible mixer
1. Ensure that the verticality of the guide bar during installation, and the upper and lower deviation shall not exceed 10MM. The submersible mixer does not produce stuck or excessive friction on the guide rod, and the movement is free.
2. When the submersible mixer is horizontal, the lifting center of gravity is on the third hole from the end of the impeller, and the lifting of the hanger and the center of gravity of the submersible mixer should be ensured in a vertical line during installation. Make the submersible mixer smooth and free movement when lifting up and down.
3. Regarding the use of lifting wire rope, please apply butter on the wire rope before use, and maintain and use the lifting equipment according to the national standards for lifting equipment.
4. In the sewage treatment industry, the combination of water and gas is the most corrosive. Please apply anti-corrosion treatment to the installation system here, such as butter on the guide rod.
5. The submersible mixer shall not rotate the Angle during use, please adjust the Angle before running during installation. The submersible mixer should be placed on the lower limit plate, or directly on the bottom of the pool, so that the wire rope is not stressed.
6. The minimum diving depth of the submersible mixer shall not be less than 1.1M, otherwise it is easy to produce water vortex and gas erosion.
