Product Description
1. Most of parts are precisely processed by numerical-control machine; The key mechanical parts are under CNC processing.
2. This machine is mainly for slitting and rewinding the toilet paper, N. W. And air-laid paper. Slitting width and how many layers are both adjustable as per requirement. This machine can supply products for making napkin paper, face tissue, sanitary napkin, N. W. Wet wipe and so on.
3. Operation for entire machine is controlled synchronously to enable instant speeding up and suit for high-speed production.
4. Unwinding of jumbo roll is pushed by step-less speed-regulator; Tension control on unwinding jumbo roll.
5. Perforation, embossment and rewinding plies can be purchased separately to produce small roll of hand towel.
