This is a stainless steel mixer for the manufacturing of cream for the production of cream filled wafers. It consists of a beater type mixing arrangements which is driven by 4. 5 Kw motor and the turnover system to remove the cream from the mixer is having the power of 0. 55Kw motor.
Mixing time varies depending on cream composition. Cream mixer will have SEW Eurodrive Geared Motor and Heating/Cooling jacket.
