IEC60061-3 E14 Lampholder gauges			
7006-25-7	Go gauges for screw threads of lampholders E14
Purpose: To check the minimum dimensions of the lampholder screw thread and dimension X shown on the sheet 7006-20.
Testing: It shall be possible to screw the gauge into the lampholder without using undue force. (for the torque to be applied in case of doubt, see IEC238, subclause 4.4).
When the gauge has been screwed in as far as it will go, the rim of the screw shell of the lampholder shall be co-plannar with, or project beyond, surgace Y1 but it shall not project beyond surface Y2.
7006-26-4	Not go gauges for screw threads of lampholders E14
Purpose: To check the maximum minor diameter of the screw thread, dimesion D1, of lampholder E14.
Testing: The screw thread of the lampholder shall be assumed to be correct if the gauge does not enter by its own weight so far that the thread protrudes beyond surgace T.
7006-30-2	Plug gauge for E14 lampholder for testing contact making	When the switch is in position 1 and the gauge is screwed home in the holder, the indicator lamps shall light.

This gauge is used for testing contact making in lampholder with candle shaped shafts designed especially to take candle lamps only.
When the switch is in position 1 and the gauge is screwed home in the holder, the indicator lamps shall light.
7006-31-5	gauge for testing contact-making and protection against accidental contact during insertion of lamps in lampholders E14	
Purpose: To check E14 lampholders in respect of: A) contact-making with lamps having adverse dimesions.
B) protection against accidental contact with live parts, viz, the cap shell, during insertion of a lamp.
Testing: The holder is connected in the test circuit as shown. A) with switch A in position 2 and switch B open, the gauge is screwed fully home. In the position, both lamps shall light. B) with switch A in postion 1 and switch B closed, the gauge is screwed in slowly until either of the lamps lights. With the gauge held in this position, switch B is opened and the test probe at the side of the gauge is slid downwards as far as it will go into the space between the gauge and the holder. In this position the lamps shall not light.
