Company Introduction:
We are founded in 2014, our factory-Hygeian Baby locates in Kunshan, a city neighbors Shanghai. It takes us around 40 minutes to reach Shanghai Hongqiao airport by car.
We are a young company with around 100 employees in total. 85% of our team members are in their age 30s and 40s. They are professional and efficient in the field they work, full of energy.
We do not hire more people according to our present development strategy as it will increase the product cost for customers. Currently, we have 3 designers plus 2 head engineers, 1 for the hardware(frame) and the other for the software (fabric cover). For the QC team, we now have 2 heads in charge of the software and 1 head for the hardware. They both have 3 and 2 staffs respectively.
We have 3 workshops, they are fabric sewing, metal processing and assembling one. We adopt ERP system for daily production management and formed our dedicated supply chainmanagement team through which engineers and technicians can help suppliers establish standardized operating and monitoring system, thereby raising their product quality to reach a level required by our side.
We focus our attention on the stroller trade and our main products are strollers, carry cot and car seat which is produced in our cooperative factory.
At least one new product will come out every year based on our designers′ idea and market research data, and the relative test report has to be completed by then. 95% of our products meet EN 1888 standard since 95% of them are exported abroad. We commit ourselves to meet the market demand and we call it a routine.
Today, our main customers are from EU market, like Ireland, Great Britain, Spain, Turkey, etc. Recently, we are happy to have Feddora join us from South Korea.
