1. The hood is designed and manufactured to filter poisonous smoke and toxic gases, but it does not supply oxygen.
2. This hood should not be used in an atmosphere containing less than 17% oxygen. The hood is designed for single use.
3. We recommend that you discard the hood after use in an emergency situation, such as chemical or poisonous gases, smoke and fire environment. The filter cartridge is to be used only once in conjunction with toxic gases or smoke.
4. The filter is designed for a single use only and the entire hood must then be disposed of or discarded. This hood should not be used for work protection or used outside of the designated recommendations, but for personal escape and life-saving procedures only. All implied or stated warranties will be null and void if used outside these recommendations.
5. No liability will be accepted by the manufacturer, agent or distributor if used outside these recommendations.
6. Storage conditions: Store in a 32-104linear measuref environment, with no heat source, flammables, explosive and corrosive materials nearby and away from any moisture which may cause corrosion.
7. This hood should be put in storage with both two red filter caps(inside and outside)never removed unless filter is being used. This hood is not suitable for infants. Recommend that an adult help the small children to wear the hood properly if necessary.
8. Please be aware if the original vacuum-sealed package has been broken that the unit is considered used and you must discard of immediately.
9. Shelf life: 5years in original packaging.
10. Our warranty of the hood effectiveness does not apply after expiration of the effective date(effective date is 5 years after the date of manufacture and is indicated on the label).
11. Lianyungang saining safety science and technology company will replace this device at any time during this warranty period free of charge should it be used in conjunction with an actual emergency where smoke and/or fire are or were present and the terms and conditions stated above were met.
