Characteristics of YLB Movable Asphalt Mixing Plant
1. Modularized design, equipped mainly with a trailer and a chassis, realizing rapid relocation and installation;
2. High accurate screening, accurate metering, batched mixing and quality finished asphalt;
3. Optimized design of drying drum and mixing drum, good equipment performance; key parts are made of abrasion resistant materials, featuring long service lives;
4. Simple design and less floor coverage.
5. PLC system, automatic and convenient control.
6. Each module is equipped with a separate power distribution cabinet. Cables have been arranged before delivery, convenient and reliable.

Nanyang Liaoyuan Road Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. has quality and skilled talents and adopts advanced manufacturing processes (C.A.D., C.A.M and C.N.C) simultaneously. The company passed through ISO9001 and ISO14001 Quality Management System Certification in 2008 and obtained CE Certification to open European market and GOST Certification to open Russian market in 2010 successively.
With a research and development team of over 30 people and 8 Senior Engineers, Liaoyuan Road Construction Machinery inputs over 10% of sales volume annually as research and development cost and possesses over 10 national research and development patents; it establishes scientific research partnership with several domestic universities and is awarded with provincial enterprise technology center repeatedly.
