Expansive Agent

Expansive agent is a admixture which can make concrete produce with a certain volume expansion. Adding expansion agent can make shrinkage compensating concrete (mortar), expansion concrete (mortar) for filling and self-stressing concrete (mortar).

Our company mainly produces Aluminum Calcium sulfate and calcium oxide composite expansion agent, which has performance of water reducing, early strength, anti-freezing, pumping, retarding, bleeding air, etc, with advantage of small shrinkage, frost resistance, heat resistance, no alkali aggregate reaction, etc.

Usually, the shrinkage of concrete value is 0.4 ~ 0.9 mm in 1 meter, which cause concrete crack, leakage, rebar corrosion, loss of pre-stress and other adverse consequences. Application of expansion agent can make concrete (mortar) produce certain volume expansion in hydration, hardening process, overcome the weakness above. Greatly improve the concrete self anti-crack and waterproof ability, which can cancel the outside waterproof, extend the expansion joint spacing, permanent waterproof performance.
