Jiangyin Longshan Pipe Fitting Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of pipe fittings of high pressure, intermediate pressure and low pressure. Our products are widely used in such fields as petroleum, chemicals, nuclear-electric power, ship making, the mechanical nuclear industry and the defense industry.
The company is located in a beautiful and developed Jiangyin City of Yangtze River delta. It is 4 kilometers away from Jiangyin Port in the north, 4 kilometers away from Wuxi in the west, next to Hucheng Highway in the west, thus to make it convenient for transportation in both landway and waterway. Located at Jiangyin economic development zone, our mill occupies a land area of 48, 000 sqm.
Currently, our factory can divide mainly into five parts: The thermo-compression workshop, the simmer-push workshop, the heat treatment workshop, the machine shop and the post processing workshop. Among the 300 sets of the most advanced specialized production processing and testing equipments we have owned, the 3500 tons hydraulic press has been the largest hydraulic equipment in the field of pipe fitting in East China. Besides, it also pays great attention to introducing and training. According to the statistics, about 62 technical personnel are contained, accounting to 25% of the whole staff members. In addition, half of the technical personnel have obtained the medium qualifications and above.
Through the year of rich experience, deep industrial knowledge background, good problem solving capability and constantly keeping abreast with the latest technology, we have gained high reputation in the industrial field.
Marine fittings produced by our company have been widely used for export ships both at home and abroad, including those used for Yuanwang NO. 3 and NO. 4 scientific investigation ships of National Defense Commission. In 2005, our pipe fittings were supported to 800tons waste incinerator of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games produced by Wuxi Huaguang Boiler Shareholding Corporation, thus to make a new contribution to national sports project.
