The good sourcing chain in Chang Jiang Delta enables Double-whale′s production with lower cost on material, higher efficiency on purchasing process, and easier control on the resourcing quality.
The factory area is over 30, 000 square meters. The workshop covers 22, 000 square meters with 25 production lines and more than 800 employees, which enables Double-whale to realize the production capacity of monthly 250, 000PCS bags. With such a production capacity, we can satisfy huge quantity purchasing orders in limited delivery time. We have more than 30 bag designers in our Research Center. They are our core strength of our new product research and designing. They are always looking for new solutions and new material to improve our bags quality, functions and craftwork when they are making samples for our customers. With their continue hard-working on the research, Double-whale product quality is being improved all the time, and the capability on design and production is better and better.
