MAYASTAR Single needle row quilting embroidery machine is multi-heads quilting embroidery machine, it has 3 colors one every head, and it has automatic trimmer or no trimmer function as you select, and it has 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25, 30, 33 heads machines, over 25-heads machine can make 2 single roll of fabric by 1.6m width or to make 1 big roll of fabric by 3.2m width. And less 25-heads machine can make only 1 single roll of fabric by 1.6m width and can be equipped with double front style sequins device from both sides on every heads.

This style machine can be attached with sequins device from 1 or 2 sides on every heads, but here has limitation, the machines heads should be less or equal 25 heads, if the machine is more than 25 heads, then sequins devices are not workable, for the head interval is too narrow, cannot get them installed on the machine. Meaning 25 heads machine is biggest sequins quilting embroidery machine.

Can do computerized quilting & embroidery in one machine with working speed by 250rpm-880rpm. 10 inch Display, can be attached with sequins device, simple chenille device and simple cording device, and can be combined with professional cording heads together, too. Convenient operation, easily to be grasped.

Automatic color changing system and you can select any head you like to quilt and embroider. And 3 colors can be automatically changed.

Equipped with automatic tightening and loosening system in the fore and in the back, Roller design in Y direction, which can do Continuous quilting & embroidery in Y direction by unlimited length of fabrics, the cloth can be continuously embroidered and quilt. And it can be equipped with auto oiling system under options, this is not standard equipment.

Low noise: Adoption of the advanced technology of 3-phase subsection control making the frame movement more stable and smooth, efficiently decrease the vibration and noise to the lowest level. Adopt independent foot pressure system, that make the finished product stereoscopic and with aesthetic effect.
Power Failure Protection Measures: Machine has automatic Protection and memory functions against power off.
