Our insulated, double wall glass is handmade by expert artisans. Because this glass is mouth-blown, each one may have slight differences in height, thickness & weight. Please use care when placing ice into the glass to avoid fracturing the inner layer. We suggest placing the liquid first and then the ice. Please also avoid using metal spoons or placing the glass into a crowded dishwasher. These glasses will help to keep hot drinks warmer and cool drinks cooler. For best results retaining heat, pre-heat the glass before use. Dishwasher & microwave safe.
Note: You will find a small air-hole (blown hole) on the bottom of this double wall glass product, this is not a flaw but a safety means to control air pressure between walls. Normal circumtances, no dish washer, simply rinse with hot water. Clean the bottom gently, avoid brush, otherwise, there might be some water trapped inside the hole and fog up between the two walls. Mouth blown glass, each piece hard to make to perfection.

Q: Can you print our LOGO on surface?
A: Yes, for sure, You can show us your logo design or tell us your idea, we can design LOGO until you satisfied.
Usually the logo is stamped by high temperature up to 600 degree C. The advantage is NO discoloration or shedding for long time use.
Q: What is your MOQ?
Usually it is 1000pcs-2000pcs based on different design. However, we accept small quantity for stocked goods.
Q: How long for the lead time:
A: For stocked goods, it usually takes 7-15 days after we receive your payment.
For customized goods, it takes 25-30 days after receive your payment.
Q: Are you trading company or factory?
A: We are trading company we cooperated with different factories and easy to find resource due to our head office is in Hejian city, that's why we can supply various types of borosilicate products, this is our advantage. We can play a role as a third party to make inspection for quality control.
Q: How can I get samples I want?
A: Tell us what you want or show us your design, sample charge is free for stocked one, sample fee is required for customized design due to new mold costs more. We can send samples by DHL/FEDEX/UPS etc. With fast speed upon receipt of your freight collect account number. If you don't have a freight collect account number, freight charge can be paid to Paypal.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T balance before shipping. But if you need other payment terms, for example, L/C at sight is also acceptable.
