Food high temperature dehydrator with 1 ton input capacity

I. Customer supplied parameters and requirements:

Types of drying materials: meat , poultry , fish, fruit, vegetable, agricultural and sideline products, medicinal material, bean products, seafood etc.
Heating method: Steam radiator heating, steam pressure (0.4-0.8Mpa).
Baking temperature: room temperature-135ºC
Maximum raw material handling capacity: 1 ton/batch

II. Main technical parameters of equipment:

The baking room is designed to use steam as a heat source.
Insert type high temperature resistant fan is used in the drying machine, the long-term operating environment temperature can reach 135 degrees, and the rated heat of the radiator is 100KW.The power supply voltage of the equipment is 3*380V, the rated power of the box circulation fan is 6KW, the rated power of the humidification exhaust fan is 2.2KW, and the total installed power is 8.5KW, which is suitable for drying poultry, meat , fish and other materials.

1. Box system
The drying machine's measurement: 4300mm(L)×3150mm(W)×3700mm(H)

Structural style: Single structure. The box is made of SUS304 double-sided stainless steel insulation board and the thickness of stainless steel plate is 1.0/0.7mm. The insulation is made of 120KG/ cubic meter high-density cotton with a thickness of 75mm to ensure good insulation effect.

Air deflector: SUS304 stainless steel air guide plate is installed on both sides of the box. The plate thickness is 1.2 mm to control the evenness of drying.

Oven door: Manual door opening, the size of the door hole is W2000*H1900mm. The door lock is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the insulation is made of 120KG/m³ high density cotton with a thickness of 50mm, so as to ensure good insulation effect.

2. Heating method: Steam radiator heating

3. Circulating fan: Adopt 8 sets of double wind direction mode high temperature resistant insert type fan, installed in the top of the box air duct.

4. Ventilating pipe: SUS304 plates

5. The drying control box: Accessories use domestic and international quality brand electronic control devices, baking control uses touch screen + programmable controller (intelligent control system).

6. Ventilating system: Intelligent and accurate moisture removal. It can greatly save energy, reduce production cost and accelerate baking time.

7. System control way: Intelligent controller temperature programming method is adopted, temperature curve can be set for storage, which is accurate control, energy saving, stable and efficient.

III. Consumption:
Full load of material (material total weight <1 ton; The specific heat capacity is less than 2200J/(kg·K), and the average steam consumption is 150 kg per hour.
The electricity consumption is 7 KW/H.
