1/ Our tempering furnace equipment is mainly consists of the following componentsPreheating furnace 2setsExchange furnace 1setMachine body frame and the bottom of the support frameElectric rise and down mechanism 2sets,moving mechanism 2 setsHot wind circulation and cold wind cooling system each 2 setsAutomatically heating temperature control systemElectrical control and touch screen operation interfaceHistorical data queryTemperature curve, history variables. the temperature measure using: thermocouple, thermostat, silicon controlledHigh temperature wire and insurance tubeProtection parametersAutomatic manual switching2/ Equipment describeThis tempering furnace is a automatic equipment, the whole equipment temperature and other process parameters and equipment operating status are monitored by the touch screen, other all control, security, chain are completed by the PLC, equipment operation in addition to be operated by PC, and can also be operated by an external button to control. Further, when the touch screen is in failure, it still can be achieved by an external button.
 Work through the following process:
Melting salt (500ºC    18kw    48hours)
Preheat  (350ºC      72kw    1 hour )
Ion Exchange (500ºC   18kw    8hours)
slow cooling  Power percentage adjustable

3/ Workers make the card frame be filled with the workpiece placed on the turning pieces small car, then push on both sides of the preheating furnace attachments, open the preheat furnace door, make the lifting mechanism down to the low position, the work need make the glass frame placed inside the handing basket,then the the handing basket with loaded workpiece will be lifted to the preheating furnace, close the preheating furnace door for preheating. When the Preheating is finished, please open the double door of the exchange furnace, the preheating furnace will be moved to the right above of the exchange furnace by the travel mechanism, the handing basket is dropped to the exchange furnace for exchanging, when it reaches the process setting time, the alarm warning to alert the operator, after the exchange is completed ,begin to lifting, dropping salt, returning to the original position for slow cooling ,close the exchange furnace door. When it is cooled to the process setting temperature, the cold blower work as multi-stage speed, until less than 100 degrees, the preheating furnace door will be opened, the handing basket will be droped, the workpiece will be out of the furnace to do the whole process of tempering.
