Technical requirements (from GB/T1972)
After the disc spring is formed, the heat treatment must be carried out, and the number of quenching must not exceed twice.The hardness of quenching and tempering must be within the range of HRC42 ~ 52. 
Pieces of disc spring after heat treatment, its single the depth of the decarburized layer for class 1 disc spring, shall not exceed 5% of its thickness, 2, 3 kind of disc spring, shall not exceed 3% of its thickness (its minimum value is 0.06 mm). 
The disc spring should be all forced.The treatment method is a pressure plane, the duration is not less than 12h, or the time pressure is flat, the pressure level is not less than 5 times, the flattening force is not less than 2 times the Ff=0.75 ho. 
The disc spring with variable load shall be treated with the surface reinforcement of shotblasting or other methods. 
The disc spring should be treated with anti-corrosion, such as phosphating, oxidation, electroplating, electrophoresis or spraying.The plate spring must be treated in a timely manner to prevent hydrogen embrittlement.
