I.General
LWGQ gas turbine flowmeter is a new generation of high precision, high reliability gas precision measuring meter integrating temperature, pressure, flow sensor and intelligent flow totalizer developed by the advanced technology of flow meter at home and abroad, optimized by theories of gas mechanics, fluid mechanics and electromagnetics, which has excellent low pressure and high pressure metering performance.It has a variety of signal output modes and low sensitivity to fluid disturbances, and is widely used in the measurement of natural gas, coal gas, liquefied gas, light hydrocarbon gas.
This kind of turbine flow product does not have the field display function itself, but only transmits the flow signal in the form of pulse signal.The meter is low in price, high in integration, compact in size, especially suitable for use with secondary display instrument, PLC, DCS and other computer control systems.This kind of turbine flowmeter are explosion-proof products, explosion-proof level for: Exd II BT6, Exid IICT6.
II. Features
*With the new sensor, the starting flow rate is low, the pressure loss is small, the anti-vibration and anti-pulsation flow performance is good, not easy to corrosion, good reliability, long service life.
*The new microprocessor and high performance integrated chip are adopted to achieve high computing accuracy, powerful functions and superior performance.
*Adopt advanced micro power consumption high technology, low power consumption of the whole machine.It can be operated by both internal battery and external power supply for a long time.
*According to the flow frequency signal, the meter coefficient can be divided into eight sections for automatic linear correction, according to the user needs to improve the calculation accuracy of the meter.
*Using EEPROM data storage technology, it has the function of storing and querying historical data, and three kinds of historical data recording methods are available for users to choose.
*Headers can be 180 ° rotation of the flow meter, installation is simple to use convenient.
*High accuracy, generally up to±1.5%R,±1.0%R.
*Good repeatability, short-term repeatability up to 0.05% ~ 0.2%, is precisely because of the good repeatability, in the trade settlement is the preferred flow meter.
*It can detect the temperature, pressure and flow rate of the detected gas, automatically track and compensate the flow rate, and display the gas flow rate under the standard state (Pn=101.325KPa,Tn= 293.15k) : it can query the temperature, pressure, time, date and other data in real time.
