1.Introduction
This  machine can remove water from animal manure , poultry , Cow manure , chicken manure to less than animal faeces manure dewater machine.The machine use the pump to pull the fowl manure, cow dung, etc. into dewater equipment , the material through the screen and then press by the screw , the rotary speed of the machine can reach 45r/min , within the press of the screen and high rotary speed , the material will be dewatered by the machine , and the water will enter into the pool through screen.

3.Working principle
The machine receives the material to be separated and conveys it using the screw conveyor inside the separator casing. The liquid phase is separated through the mesh of the cylindrical screen which encloses the screw conveyor. Along its path toward the exit, the material gradually separates progressively the less linked liquid and then the more strongly linked liquid until a plug of almost dry material has formed before the outlet. The plug is continuously expelled through the outlet diaphragm.The machine will automatically find its balance of squeezing force depending on the material. Consequently, it can be used for a wide range of materials without the need for any manual adjustments.

1,What's your raw manure?  Usually,our screw dewatering machine is suitable for cow manure,pig and chicken manure,etc.
 
2.What's your wanted screen mesh? Usually,for cow manure,screen mesh should be 1mm.;For pig manure,0.5-0.6mm;chicken manure is 0.5mm.
 
3.Does it have suck pump? yes,it's with suck pump and plastic tubes.
 
4.Does water should be added in dewatering process? Yes,firstly,mixing manure with water,then manure liquid will be sucked into machine by suck pump,with the screw extruder and screen mesh,dry manure will directly come out.
 
5.What's your local volts,hz and phase? Pls note this machine can only be driven by 3 phase volts,such as ours 380v,50hz,3phase.
 
6.What are the spare parts? The spare parts are screen and screw,screen can be customized,there is one screen in our machine,if you want more,it's ok.The exchange screen is easy,we will guid you to exchange it.
 
7.What's the lifetime of screen and screw? They don't need to exchanged at least 2 years work.
 
8.It can be loading about 18sets in whole container,if you want large quantity,very cheap bulk price (which is based on good quality)can be offered.
