Product Description
1. This is the domestic latest rice machine assembly developed by our company,with a daily output of 20 tons.
2. The product design breaks the traditional concept of domestic rice machine assembly and absorbs the advantages and assence of large-scale complete rice machines. With small coveage area,the product has compact structure and is easy to maintenance. It can be managed commercialization way and applied to agricultural processing. It is the first choice for small processing plants.
3. cleaning stoner,rice huller,gravity paddy screen,and rice mill are upgraded on the basis of the traditional rice machine assembly. The latest improved type of the cleaning stoner is adopted,of which the upper part cleans up the original grain with a full set of functions for cleaning up the large,medium and small impurities. The specific-gravity stoner is located at the bottom,which is used to remove the stone in the original grain. The rice huller adopts the most advanced principle of husking,and has no noise and move without slipping. It can ensure the lineal-speed differential of operation and increase the husking rate with high output. The gravity paddy screen is easy to operate,with low failure rate,small screen surface and large output. The rice mill adopts unique design without rice bran powder,low rice temperature,less broken rice,and good baring effect at one time.
4. The upper and lower seats of the hoister are easy to disassemble and assemble,and the belt automatically tighten.
5. The following devices(such as polisher,color sorter,electronic packing scale)of the machine can be supplemented smoothly according to customer requirements.
