With professional design, advanced production technology, complete configuration of equipments, and strict quality assurance system, honesty during pre-sale, sale and after-sale services, we have manufactured over 200 autoclaves and pressure vessels of D1\D2 and A2 classes, and over 300 cold or hot rolling mills for different rod, plate, strip, high-speed plate steel, continuously rolling or continuously casting equipments, and over 120 environmental protection equipments. Our products have been sold to most provinces in China, or exported to European, Africa and ASEAN countries. In the past few years, the company has switched to R&D of advanced cold rolling techniques, and successfully developed six-roller, eight-roller, twelve-roller high precision cold rolling mills of different series, widely used to produce thin plate steel in non-ferrous metals, carbon steel, stainless steel such of wideness between 280 to 1550mm, and thickness above 0.1mm. Among these, development of JR high angular rigidity eight-roller plate and strip steel rolling mill and rolling mill with multi-point screw-down devices and saddle fission were granted national utility model patents (patents # ZL200420010466.1, ZL200420010467.6).
The company has been awarded ISO quality management system certification, pressure vessel design license, pressure vessel manufacture license of A2 class. And the company is one of Henan Provincial high-tech enterprises, was awarded "Stronger Enterprises to support" by Henan Provincial Brand Strategy Promotion Commission in September 2005, listed in Zhengzhou municipal 50 key private-owned enterprises in 2007, and awarded "Honoring the contracts, Emphasizing on credit enterprise, superior enterprise in quality management".
