GSL Multi-Pans High Shear Granulator

SHL multi-pans high shear granulator is suitable for blend and granulating in professional laboratory and small scale experimental trial production in pharmaceutical, the chemical and food industries. Different size pans are available for different lab scale. The host stirrer at bottom of the pan causes the powders to mix quickly and distribute equably, after adding bond or wetting agent, the powders gather to form granules, while big gobbets are minced by cut knife. Both host stirrer and cut knife engines are variable frequency drive, thus several speed match rates are available to get wide grain size scopes, Which results in equal diameter and free flowing pellets.
As the whole machine has compact structure, reasonable design and succinct appearance, it's to easy clean, operation and maintenance with safe and stable run-ning. Optional single layer or interlayer pan can be attached according to customer-s' requirements, PLC man-machine panel control system also be prepared for cust-omers' selection.
