For certain applications, conventional wooden or PVC based flat die cannot satisfy converting requirement either because of diecut quality or constrain of shape, yet converters might be limited with their capability of rotary diecut machine or in short of certain rotary tools. Steel Based Flat Bed Flexible Die presents a viable method to do an excellent flat diecut job. To ensure accuracy of diecut and for ease of mounting Flat Bed Flexible Die, Flat Bed Magnetic Base is essential and important parts to be used together.
Applications
Can be designed and manufactured to suit most of Flat Bed printing machine or diecut machine. Available thickness of base ranges from 12mm to 40mm, length and width are subject to further evaluation of the diecut machine.

- Flat Bed Magnetic Base is made of high quality tool steel, tempered to ensure long term stability.
- High strength permanent magnets are selected and used to ensure superior magnetic strength. Special super strong magnets are also available for small sized Flat Bed Magnetic Base and some other special applications;
- High strength glue is selected to eliminate any possibility of raised glue and raised magnets issues.
- The final precision grinded Flat Bed Magnetic Base can be controlled with a few microns in terms of its flatness, which is essential to achieve perfect diecut results with even cutting impression on release liner.
