T5 Fluorescent Lamp Emergency Lighting Power Supply/Emergency Conversion Kit

1. Product Description
FMO033C026NEmergency Lighting Power Kit is a new type of emergency power, It is tailor for PL 26W/18W Fluorescent lamp.
This emergency power kit including inverter, high temperature battery pack and necessary accessories. The control circuit monitors the mains supply, and if all is well, Inverter allows the charger to trickle charge the battery pack or stand by.

In the case of the earthquake struck, explosion, accident or other emergency in result of AC power supply failure, Inverter automatically enable battery backup system to light on the lighting in less than 0.1 second. It can be set emergency running time for 1 /2/ 3 hours according to different battery pack to meet the needs in various conditions.

A. This product is applicable for PL 26W/18W Fluorescent lamp, Emergency duration is 3 hours.

B. Used at -25-+70 environment temperature.

3. Installation
A. PL 26W/18W Fluorescent lamp emergency power kit can be designed as split type emergency power for convenient installation and usage.

B. L (line) and N (neutral) are often charging line must be charged frequently, external connection with control switch is prohibited
C. Comply with the wiring diagram strictly to connect circuit in other conditions

4. Attentions
A. Pay high attention on the negative pole and positive pole of battery in order to prevent from the wrong reverse operation, please use designated and matched battery and make sure all wiring is correct and fastening before using.

B. If you need to do product testing, please unplug the battery pack when disconnect mains supply, then plug in the battery plug after emergency device completely shut down, or emergency device will always work even remove the light source and may cause damage or accident;

C. Comply with the wiring connection circuit diagram completely, Prohibit over loading and no loading in the process of using and testing.

D. In order to prolong the battery light, all indicator lights are not light on in case of the emergency lights switch to work when mains power failure

E. Battery are not charged before leaving the factory, please charge the battery more than 24 hours before using.

F. In general, The battery need to fully charge and discharge for around 3- 5times so that the capacity of Ni-CD/Ni-MH battery and emergency duration can work as required.

G. Ni-CD/Ni-MH battery is unfavorable to lie idle for a long time, especially for the run out of battery, Please charge completely if battery lies by for long time ( Can't lie idle for more than three months);

5. Service and warranty
A. In time delivery, high quality service.

B. The warranty period is 2 years or above. According to national standards, a replacement is mandatory after constantly using for 3 years. During the warranty period, it can be replaced with any quality problems (except for man-made factors).

C. Requires professional maintenance after emergency power installation, in case of any abnormal condition happens, please maintenance in time or inform our company to send professionals to provide technical support.
