5090/7090 Industrial Cooling Pad/Curtain/Cellulose Cooling Pad/Evaporative Cooling Pad/Poultry Cooling System

The SAT evaporative cooling pads and its system made by SAT Co. Have been widely used for cooling in poultry houses and greenhouses during the hot summer season. The pads have been used as a kind of efficient and economic media for industrial applications such as humidifier and evaporative coolers. It is made of corrugated cellulous paper with special technique process, which possesses the traits of corroding-resistant, higher wet strength and long working life etc. The corrugated sheet structure with certain angle provides enough space for air and water's heat exchange(e. G. The surface of type 790 is around 450m2/m3; Type 590 is about 680m2/m3). Besides, its filter function helps purifying the air comes outside.

Product feature

Evaporative cooling pad features:

1. Corrugated paper with spatial crossing linked technology, high absorption capability, high water resistant, anti-mildew and long service life.
2. Large evaporation area, cooling efficiency as high as 80%.
3. The product absorbs water naturally, with fast speed of pervasion and lasting effectiveness. One drop of water can diffuse within 4~5 seconds. The natural absorption height is 60~70mm/5minutes, as 200mm/1.5hours, having reached international standard.
5. The product does not contain phenol which is irritant to the skin and te like chemical products. It is safe, energy saving, environmental protective, economic and durable.
Galvanized sheet and aluminum panel optional.
