 The outer hull or body of the liner is a high strength forging.We use forgings exclusively to ensure the consistent quality. The sleeve is centrifugally casted in our facilities by skilled craftsmen. It has the maximum amount of chrome for the base metal and we add molybdenum to increase the hardness. The sleeve is then inserted into the hull at a tightness that exceeds its counterparts.The liner is rated to match the pressure rating of the pump per liner size.

 Hy-Chrome Sleeved Liner has been engineered to overcome the specific stresses that this part encounters in drilling operations.
Conventional liners have a decreasing hardness gradient from the bore. Our liner is an assembly of liner shell with liner sleeve. The liner shell is centrifugally cast and heat treated to withstand hoop stresses generated in shrink fitting and stress reversals during operation.
CONSTRUCTION :The liner sleeve is of high chromium alloyed martensitic white iron and thin walled seamless tube. Special heat treatment ensures proper carbide grain formation, refined microstructure and controlled gain size. Liner sleeves, therefore, offer the maximum possible wear and corrosion resistance. Liner sleeves are hardened to provide a uniform hardened wear surface throughout the useful life of the liner. The sleeve bore hardness is 60 to 67 Rockwell C scales while the hull has high tensile strength of more than 90000 psi. Uniform wear resistance increases service life and reduces frequency of liner changes.
 Ceramic liner for mud pump is a necessary grouting wearing part in the oil extraction industry, and thus it should has the features of anti-wear and anti-corrosion and working pressure of 200MPa. Duplex metal liner is normally used in oilfields, and its mean life is 300 to 500 hours.

By adopting unique technique, we mount metal outside the special ceramic liner so that the ceramic liner for mud pump can take the advantages of special ceramics, including high hardness, good anti-wear ability and small coefficient of thermal expansion. Its working life is 3,000 to 5,000 hours in general working conditions. Now we are exporting large quantities of ceramic liners for mud pumps to the United States, Germany, Italy, India, Canada, Iran, UAE.
