Top quality w/competitive price ---to achieve this goal, our factory keeps "one dragon manufacturing" principle, that is, the process from tooling opening, material feeding, manufacturing, powder coating to packing are totally competed in-house and under the step-by-step quality control, by which, top quality and cost down are ensured.
Certainly, in order to manufacture all kinds of good quality products, our factory must install different high class facilities, such as: cutting machine, bending machine, press machine, computerize lathe, milling machine, welding equipment and powder coating equipement…etc. As far as press machine is concerned, our factory has owned every kind of press machine of different ton: 60ton, 100ton, 200ton, 300ton, 400ton hydraulic press and 500ton mechanical press.
New developments --- for meeting customers′ requirements and adopting good advice, our factory has the new product & computer-drawing-designed departments. Therefore, many newly developed products are coming up daily. Particularly welcome up to date information provided by customers or samples & drawings for quoting and counter sampling.
